Here at 90+ we have a wealth of experience to help with your athletic performance. If you are looking for help and guidance with any area of your sport, whether it’s Football, Tennis or Golf our training programmes will be relevant and provide you with the guidance needed to make those desired strides.
Have you got questions around your personal training as an athlete? Not sure what specific training to undertake to make those all important steps of progression? Want to increase your speed and agility, overall match fitness or inject further power and strength to your game?
Our training programme will be relevant and specific for all times of the season. Whether it’s during the off-season, pre-season or mid-season, during times of injury, weight training programmes or specific sessions for ball work.
Maybe you’re a coach and in need of group fitness sessions that will challenge your players that are again specific to your game.
We can produce training programmes from 4 weeks to 12 months. For the player who trains 1 day a week to those who train 7 days a week.
